刚开始装修，在小区门口找了一个小工，帮我们砸墙，之前的房子瓷砖都是铺好的，只是客厅和主卧有两块瓷砖烂了，书房木地板是实木的，我感觉挺好就保留了，三个室的木门和边框都没坏，也保留了。厨房和卫生间的地面都高于客厅相当于一个楼梯台阶那么多，我觉得这样对于风水和防潮及安全不利，就打算砸掉做平，老公说那就只砸厨房卫生间的地砖好了，我坚持全屋瓷砖砸掉，原来的客厅和卧室的瓷砖没有安装门槛石，都是50*50的那种纯白色小瓷砖，经过长久踩踏打磨已经伤痕累累，黄不溜秋、灰不拉几的很难看，瓷砖缝隙都是黑色的霉菌斑。最终老公在想法摇摆不定的同时也同意重新换瓷砖了。
砸墙的师傅同时又找了一个小工和他一起铲墙皮，我家的墙是那种很老的沙灰墙，最里面是红砖。师傅年龄有点大，铲墙的时候比较费力，有的地方没有铲好，我后来又叫他再铲了一次，直到我满意后才一把给了全部的工钱。加入我给他定金或者全款，估计他就不来也有可能的。所以找小工一定要直到满意再给钱。尽量不要去付定金。下图是装修前的卫生间 本帖最后由 浪漫小精灵 于 2019-5-28 10:51 编辑
请问如何调整照片大小？哎，上传的图片太大，而且睡着了。
因为一开始没考虑要写装修日记，所以拍的照片有限，这两天上午上班，下午学车，晚上自己在家做美缝，还有俩个小孩子要照顾。我做美缝的时候一直弯腰，搞得的腰酸背痛腿不能动的，浑身上下骨头疼，建议如果没有精力或者身体不好如有腰椎间盘突出的或骨折过的等情况的业主，最好不要自己去做美缝，确实伤不偿失，尤其腰椎不好的，比如腰椎间盘突出，可能刚弯腰就再也不能直腰了，甚至需要动手术，这是一个医生的忠告。有精力的、年轻体壮的，以后我会在帖子里告诉你们美缝的步骤和方法，我自己的感悟和美缝经验，哈哈，不好意思，我不是专业美缝的，只不过给自己的房子做了一次，可以借鉴一下。

砸墙结束，就是水电改造了。这是所有家装最关键的一步，在准备水电改造之前就应该考虑好家具家电的一套大致的摆放位置，这样以后插座开关使用方便，入住后会更舒心。我改造水电前没有预定好家具，只是大致准备了一下房屋的布局，本着床不能对着门，衣柜尽量节省收纳空间等原则进行了具体的安排，比如卫生间，我家的卫生间是狭长的那种，有点小，不好做干湿分离，我就在最里面靠窗户的地方作为淋浴区，再往外一点的中间位置放置马桶，再往外就快到门还有一个空间正好可以放个小型的洗手池。当时考虑有点失误，就是原来卫生间的马桶屁股对着厨房那面墙，我觉得不妥，应该面对厨房那面墙，就搞了一个马桶移位器，另外我也没有考虑到开发商把马桶的下水管道做了一个存水弯，这样我家在使用马桶移位器以后只能安装直冲式马桶，现在主流式的虹吸式马桶在我家是不能安装使用的，因为虹吸式的马桶有个存水弯，如果安装了，那么马桶下水管道就等于有了两个存水弯，大小便和水流拐来拐去的，阻力会增加，容易滞留在拐弯里面将马桶下水管堵死。
好了，以上是我的个人失败经验和感悟。我找的水电工师傅可以说非常不专业，为什么呢？第一，照明电线我只需要用2.5个平方的就可以了，他给我整10个平方的电线，好在我老公是注册电气工程师，然后多少对家装电路布线也容易理解些，另外他哥哥是承包各种大型建筑水电装修改造的小工头，他耳濡目染也知道些，然后我家电路改造他基本全程参与了，后期的安装插座盒和开关、照明灯都是老公自己搞定的，因为后期安装插座盒、开关和照明灯还要再给师傅300元，我们半天就能全部搞定的事情，师傅还和我们说他要2天时间，叫人听了就生气。水电改造成那个样子我已经忍了，自认倒霉吧，居然还敢要钱。 支持楼主 来给慧慧踩踩楼，快点更新，把你的手工图纸放上去啊，大姐姐{:qfapp053:} {:qfapp053:}{:qfapp053:}{:qfapp053:}{:qfapp053:} 师傅不专业还体现在我房间水管改造的地方，我买了目前市场上据说最好的水管品牌日丰双层冷热水管和全套的日丰牌子阀门、接头什么的。据说市场上比较好的牌子是日丰和伟星，两个品牌各有特色，我凭感觉选择了日丰。结果师傅用他的焊接工具帮我家焊接水管的时候不够到位，导致日丰水管厂家在水管全部接好后入户进行打压测试告知我不能质保，因为焊接头技术不符合他们日丰管的标准，建议我整改后重新进行打压。当然每次入户打压测试都是免费的，但是日丰水管是品牌水管，不便宜，你懂的，如果整改的话基本上所有需要焊接的地方都要重新买材料，重新焊接。我家人跟师傅沟通，师傅开始耍赖，说是因为我孩子爸爸帮忙导致的，因为当时焊接的时候师傅两手要固定焊接的管子部分，我家老公听他指挥，他说开电源就立刻打开电源，只有打开电源，电焊头才能发热，才能利用热熔原理把PPR管焊接固定住。也就说具体焊接的技术还是由师傅来手动控制的，老公只是服从于他的开关命令开关电源而已，作为业主本来不该去干活，而且还忍受着焊接时刺鼻的烧塑料气味，愿意主动配合师傅已经算脾气够好的了，而且还请那个水电师傅吃了好几次饭，那个师傅是按天算钱的，一天300元，每天八点干活，中午休息个把小时，下午五点不到就走，比上行政班的公务员还舒服。技术不好还耍赖，一开始我以为日丰厂家不愿意质保估计找茬，然后我找了合肥论坛的居姐帮忙联系到合肥论坛的罗证监理，帮忙去看看我家的施工现场，罗监理是个帅帅的中年男子，戴着眼镜，看起来很知性，人也很热心，第一次联系罗监理是准备装修房子前，打算找罗监理的，罗监理建议我们找装修公司，或者直接找他都可以，但是我家人没愿意，只想贪便宜找小工，结果也没便宜多少，反而更伤神浪费钱，这一次我再次找到罗监理让他帮忙看看我家的水电改造，罗监理总共来过我家工地现场两次都没要咨询费，真的是个很好的一个人，因为他说我是合肥论坛网友，又是居姐介绍的。在百忙之中过来的时候已经天色不早，罗监理前前后后看了我家的水电改造的情况，提出了不少宝贵的建议，比如水管接头越少越好，一般管子不会爆裂，多是接头爆裂，所以焊接技术很重要。还建议我在水管进阳台前做一个水阀，因为阳台有三个出水口，分别是用于洗手池、拖把池、洗衣机，其中任何一个漏水，可以关上控制阳台的水阀解决燃眉之急，还不会影响室内用水。另外我家的燃气热水器预留的管道口都高了。可惜当时我没带纸和笔，居然有些记不清了，而且罗监理用记号笔仔细地帮我标记了需要整改的水管部分，告诉我为什么日丰厂家不愿意质保，不是管子的本身问题，而是焊接的不符合标准，虽然是双层管子，但是师傅给我焊接的时候已经破坏到了内层，导致管壁薄了很多，非常容易爆裂，即使打压暂时不出问题，也难保后来不会爆裂，因为水电工程师隐蔽工程，等到发现问题为时已晚，代价就大了，如规范焊接的话，内层是基本不变形状的。经过罗监理的认真解析，我明白了水管改造部分的失误，确实不能怪厂家，然后我转述给老公，老公又找水电工返工，但是水电工耍赖不愿承认，说只要打压不漏水就行了，水管打压结束就要结清工钱了。到时候如果再爆裂就无法找他负责了，老公问他到底整改不整改，师傅干脆说不干了，工钱还要一分不少地给他，老公很郁闷，就四处跑另外找了一个师傅，自称会做水电的油漆工师傅，这个师傅嘴皮子很厉害，因为想承接我们家下一步的硬装，主动请缨要去帮我们跟之前耍赖的那个水电工师傅谈判，后来那个水电工师傅答应返工重做水管改造，返工的天数不算工钱，但是材料费我家和他对半均摊，然后还介绍了一个卖各种建材比市场价便宜很多的批发商，我们家后来水泥黄沙等建材都是在那个批发商哪里买的，有不少东西确实便宜好多，货真价实。不过我家老公骗老板说自己是搞装修的小工头才拿到的便宜的价。后来整改的时候我没参与，全程孩子爸爸参与，不过我们都忘记了罗监理的忠告，就是预留的燃气热水器管道开口高了，还有没装阳台水阀。这点知道我写这篇日记才想起来。汗颜~~
防水材料部分：当时因为楼下的邻居说我家厨房卫生间存在渗水现象，所以我刚开始决定装修就决心首先要把厨房卫生间的防水做好，还没动工，我就和老公开着车，跑了红旗建材市场和五里庙建材市场，买了店老板推荐的最好的防水材料，据说含乳胶比例多，柔性的好。我还买了一卷丙酮布，但是后来做防水的瓦工师傅说就是无纺布，也用不上，我也不晓得为什么用不上，然后师傅就没用，到硬装结束，师傅清理工具走的时候，那卷丙酮布也不见了。同时消失的还有铁锤子和长线插座等我带过去的小工具。这些也不值钱，只要师傅做好就行。当然防水是在水电结束才由帮我贴磁砖的瓦工师傅做的。
